Proximity Services definition
Proximity Services has the meaning set out in Schedule 3 (Proximity Services).
Proximity Services means all services provided to the member in relation to the Network as set out in the Proximity Service Description.
Examples of Proximity Services in a sentence
For Video Conferencing, add the Pricing Exhibit titled “ACT Proximity Services and AT&T Pricing” which is hereby referenced as Exhibit VII attached hereto and made a part of the Agreement.
Prices for Proximity Services Video Conferencing shall be effective July 1st, 2004.
If the Member so requests by ticking the relevant box in Schedule 1 (LMAX Services required), LMAX will provide the Proximity Services subject to, and in accordance with, Schedule 3 (Proximity Services).
In this Schedule 3 (Proximity Services), the following words and expressions have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires.
