Proximity Services has the meaning set out in Schedule 3 (Proximity Services).

Examples of Proximity Services in a sentence

  • For Video Conferencing, add the Pricing Exhibit titled “ACT Proximity Services and AT&T Pricing” which is hereby referenced as Exhibit VII attached hereto and made a part of the Agreement.

  • Prices for Proximity Services Video Conferencing shall be effective July 1st, 2004.

  • If the Member so requests by ticking the relevant box in Schedule 1 (LMAX Services required), LMAX will provide the Proximity Services subject to, and in accordance with, Schedule 3 (Proximity Services).

Related to Proximity Services

  • Utility services means any products, services, and equipment related to energy, telecommunications,

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Security Services means, a systemic approach to managing an organisation’s security needs as per specifications, terms and conditions stipulated under the contract, the organisation in this case refers to Medical Colleges/ Hospitals

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
