Provisional Service definition

Provisional Service means the use of the Software for evaluation and testing purposes only, for the Provisional Service Period. The Provisional Service excludes any use of the Software for any ‘live’ or ‘production’ usage.

  • Thereafter, the Initial Term shall renew for further periods of twelve (12) months commencing on the anniversary of the end of the Provisional Service Period, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with clause 14.

  • The Purchaser shall pay the First Provisional Service Charge to the Seller in full and in advance on the Completion Date or if later, within ten (10) days of demand.
