Provisional Contract definition

Provisional Contract. Teacher shall mean all regularly assigned teachers working half- time or more each day who have not yet completed three continuous years of contract employment as a teacher in Granite School District. Regular contract teachers who have an interruption in service of six years or more shall be provisional contract teachers for the first year following their return.
