This procedure shall be repeated until (i) Provisional Acceptance or Final Acceptance of the Facility is achieved or (ii) a Plan relating to the Facility is approved by Owner and the Independent Engineer.
Each Performance Test which is used in connection with achievement of Provisional Acceptance or Final Acceptance shall consist of the operation of the Facility as a whole in accordance with the performance test terms and conditions set forth in Appendix D hereto while using Gas for fuel.
