Provincial Traditional Court Registrar means a Provincial Traditional Court Registrar contemplated in section 10 and "Provincial Registrar" has a corresponding meaning;

fraudulent practice means a misrepresentation of facts in order to influence a procurement process or the execution of a contract to the detriment of the Procuring Entity, and includes collusive practices among Bidders (prior to or after bid submission) designed to establish bid prices at artificial, non-competitive levels and to deprive the Procuring Entity of the benefits of free and open competition.
corrupt practice means the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a public official in the procurement process or in contract execution.
United States means the United States of America.
District means the district of the local government;
Government means the Government of the Philippines (GoP).
Court means the High Court;
Municipality means a city, village, or township.
Registrar means the Depositary or any bank or trust company having an office in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, which shall be appointed by the Depositary to register issuances, transfers and cancellations of ADSs as herein provided, and shall include any co-registrar appointed by the Depositary for such purposes. Registrars (other than the Depositary) may be removed and substitutes appointed by the Depositary. Each Registrar (other than the Depositary) appointed pursuant to the Deposit Agreement shall be required to give notice in writing to the Depositary accepting such appointment and agreeing to be bound by the applicable terms of the Deposit Agreement.
City means the City of New York.
State means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
Regulations means the Income Tax Regulations promulgated under the Code, as such regulations may be amended from time to time (including corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations).
Agency means a city, county, borough or other office, position, department, division, bureau, board or commission, or a corporation, institution or agency of government, the expenses of which are paid in whole or in part from the City treasury.
Resident means a student whose parents, legal guardians, persons having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or persons standing in loco parentis reside in the school district.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Commission means the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Council means the Council of the Municipality;
Securities Act means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Minister means the Minister in the Government of the State for the time being responsible for the administration of the Act to ratify this Agreement and pending the passing of that Act means the Minister for the time being designated in a notice from the State to the Company and includes the successors in office of the Minister;
Commissioner means the commissioner of insurance.
Child means any person under eighteen years of age.
Application means the application for this permit, together with any additional information supplied by the operator as part of the application and any response to a notice served under Schedule 5 to the EP Regulations.
Secretary means the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services or his/her designee.
the Act means the Localism Act 2011;
Consumer means a person who is a member of the public, takes possession of food, is not functioning in the capacity of an operator of a food establishment or food processing plant, and does not offer the food for resale.
Act means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Commission promulgated thereunder.
Exchange Act means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
