Provincial Offences Officer definition

Provincial Offences Officer means a police officer or a Person or class of persons designated in writing by a Minister of the Crown, designate or delegated authority for the purposes of all or any class of offences;
Provincial Offences Officer means a by-law enforcement officer of the City and a Kingston Police Officer.
Provincial Offences Officer means an individual appointed by by- law or other agencies designated by Council who are responsible for the administration of this by-law

Provincial Offences Officer means an individual designated as such under the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.33.
