Provincial Governor means a governor appointed in terms of an Act of Parliament referred to in section 111A;
Provincial Governor means a person appointed as such in terms of the Provincial Councils and Administration Act [Chapter 29:11] or any other law substituted for the same;

Provincial Governor means the person holding office as Provincial Governor in accordance with Section 17 or 21 of the Organic Law;
