Provider Approval definition

Provider Approval means the receipt of the affirmative approval of at least 50.01% of the Voting Eligible Service Providers.
Provider Approval means the receipt of the affirmative approval of 50% plus one of the Service Providers as of the date ICANN provides notice pursuant to Article 6 or Section 7.4 seeking approval of theVoting Eligible Service Providers.
