Prototype Vaccine Preparation definition

Prototype Vaccine Preparation means the prototype of influenza virus vaccine preparation in the form of intranasal and/or injectable dosage, containing primarily of candidates of influenza viral-antigens and Ampligen® as well as other base material(s), which is prepared by Biken for the purpose of performing the Evaluation as defined in Article 1 hereof.

  • Site preparation means those activities associated with the removal of slash in preparing a site for planting and shall include scarification and/or slash burning.

  • Program Preparation Advance (renamed as such pursuant to subparagraph 8 (c) above) is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Kit means a set of components that are packaged together and intended to be used to perform a specific in vitro diagnostic examination, or a part thereof;

  • Fabrication means making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Prosthesis means an artificial substitute for a missing body part.

  • Vaccine means a specially prepared antigen which, upon administration to a person, will result in immunity and, specifically for the purposes of this rule, shall mean influenza and pneumococcal vaccines.

  • Formulation means the combination of various ingredients designed to render the product useful and effective for the purpose claimed, or the form of pesticide as purchased by users;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
