Prototype Phase definition

Prototype Phase as defined in Section 4.6.3 below (iii) Full Product Design document: Detailed description of game concept and level design for each Platform (iv) First playable version: First indication of what the end user experience will be; (v} Code Complete version: All features implemented. All future software work dedicated to fixing bugs; (vi) Release Candidate version: Version submitted to Northern Lights of Product for release approval; (vii) Commercial Release version: Final version that is actually published.
Prototype Phase is defined in Section 2.1(c); “Prototype Acceptance Date” shall mean the date that the Final Prototypes are accepted, or deemed to have been accepted, by Given pursuant to Section 2.5; and “Prototypes”, “Initial Prototypes” and “Final Prototypes” are defined in Section 2.5.
Prototype Phase. Zarlink shall fabricate the masks and other tooling devices necessary for the fabrication of the wafers and the die to be used in the manufacturing of the Circuits and then fabricate and deliver to Given the Prototypes. Zarlink shall incorporate into the design of the Circuits, to the maximum extent reasonably possible, the capacity for the Circuits to be fabricated initially at Fab One and, upon the mutual agreement of the parties pursuant to Section 6.7, Fab Two.

Examples of Prototype Phase in a sentence

  • During the Production Prototype Phase, the Parties may provide the parts, hardware components, software and labor to upgrade some of the lab prototypes to become production prototypes.

  • The Parties will begin considering upgrades to the Gemini/Gemini R&D MS and/or the design of the next generation platform (under the code name [*](6)), at the end of the Gemini Production Prototype Phase.

  • Neither Party may announce the Gemini/Gemini R&D MS or show such instruments to prospective customers until both Parties have accepted the production prototypes at the end of the Production Prototype Phase, unless both Parties agree to the early announcement or showing.

  • Due to the fact the this Prototype Phase is not being performed, the Critical Design Review will be held during the Design Validation phase.

  • During the Product Development and Prototype Phase, Customer may cancel this project upon providing forty-five (45) days written notice to Plexus.

  • STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS The terms and conditions set forth in this Section C, STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be applicable to both the Product Development and Prototype Phase and the Manufacturing Phase of the Agreement.
