Protiva definition

Protiva has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
Protiva means Protiva Biotherapeutics Inc., a Canadian corporation, its Affiliates (including its subsidiary, Protiva Biotherapeutics (USA), Inc., but excluding, solely for purposes of this definition, TEKMIRA), and its successors and assigns.
Protiva has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
