Protein Field means any therapeutic or diagnostic use of a **, but not including, for the avoidance of doubt, any use for or in connection with gene therapy or gene therapy applications such as the administration of a nucleic acid encoding a modified Factor IX protein or a protein study for the development or commercialization of a gene therapy.
