Protective Capital definition
Protective Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Examples of Protective Capital in a sentence
The Class B Member shall take such actions as are reasonably necessary on behalf of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries to disburse the proceeds of any Capital Contributions or Protective Capital for the purposes for which the funds were contributed.
Such Additional Capital Contributions shall be payable by the Members to the Company upon the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days after written request, or (ii) the date when the Additional Capital Contribution is reasonably required if same is a Protective Capital Call, as set forth in a written request.
