Protection and Control Devices definition
Protection and Control Devices means such protective relay systems, locks and seals, circuit breakers, automatic synchronizers, associated communication equipment and other control and protective apparatus as specified and approved by Company as necessary for the operation of the Plant in parallel with Company's Electric System and to permit Company's facilities to operate economically, reliably and safely in their normal manner.
