Proprietary Business Information definition

Proprietary Business Information means any and all non-technical, non-public information included in the Non-Statutory Intellectual Property, excluding Customer Listing Data, which is owned by Licensor, its U.S. Affiliates, Licensee or its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date and is used in the Business as of the Effective Date.

Proprietary Business Information means any confidential or proprietary information, know-how, or trade secret described or comprised in or relating to the general business operations of Assignee, excluding Proprietary Information, that exists as of the Effective Date or that is subsequently provided by Assignor to Assignee at its sole discretion, and that is not in the public domain or regularly disclosed by Assignor to third parties without confidentiality restrictions.

Proprietary Business Information means business records, customer lists, trade secrets or any other non-public information entrusted to an Insured under a written contract to protect its confidentiality.

Proprietary Business Information has the meaning set forth in Section 17.1.
