Proposition 13 Protection Amount. If the occurrence of a Reassessment is reasonably foreseeable by Landlord and the Proposition 13 Protection Amount attributable to such Reassessment can be reasonably quantified or estimated for each calendar year commencing with the year in which the Reassessment will occur, the terms of this Paragraph 8(b)(3) shall apply to each such Reassessment. All principal balances for the purpose of this definition will be calculated as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date after giving effect to Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans then due, whether or not paid.
