  • In order to send the Offer Notice, Landlord does not need to have negotiated a lease with any particular Proposed Tenant but may merely have determined on what basis it will market the Offered Space to Proposed Tenants.

  • Such offer shall be made by Landlord, [***], or [***], as the case may be, to Tenant in a written notice (the “Offer Notice”), which notice shall designate the space being offered and shall specify the terms and conditions for such Offered Space intended to be submitted to Proposed Tenants in an effort to market the Offered Space.

  • This process shall continue until the Proposed Tenant's Final Plans are finally approved by Landlord and Tenant.

  • Landlord's revisions and corrections to any revision to the Proposed Tenant's Final Plans shall be limited to any aspect thereof which is materially inconsistent with the revision(s) requested by Tenant pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Landlord shall state specifically the reasons for such disapproval, and Tenant shall cause its architects to promptly make any changes in the Proposed Tenant's Plans reasonably required by Landlord.

  • Within five (5) business days after receipt of the Proposed Tenant's Final Plans Landlord shall, in writing, inform Tenant of required revisions or corrections thereto.

  • Landlord shall have three (3) business days after the receipt of such revised Proposed Tenant's Final Plans to review, approve or comment on the required provisions or corrections thereto.

  • In the event Landlord shall not inform Tenant of such desired revisions or corrections within such five (5) business day period, the Proposed Tenant's Final Plans shall be deemed approved and accepted for the purposes hereof.

  • The Borrower will not permit a change in control of the Borrower, nor merge into or consolidate with or into, or sell, assign, lease (other than to the Proposed Tenants) or as otherwise provided in the Loan Documents or otherwise dispose of (whether in one transaction or in a series of transactions) any of its assets (whether now owned or hereafter acquired) to any Person without the prior express written consent of the Authority and the Purchaser and, if applicable, without complying with Section 10.04.

  • Landlord's revisions and corrections to the Proposed Tenant's Final Plans shall be limited to any aspect thereof which is materially inconsistent with the Tenant's Work General Specifications.
