Proposed Subdivision definition

Proposed Subdivision means the area of land proposed for subdivision.
Proposed Subdivision means the proposed Plan of Subdivision attached as Plan 1.
Proposed Subdivision means... a parcel subject to review under MCA 76-4 that has a proposed mixing zone or proposed well isolation zone.

  • Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.
