Proposed Capital Projects definition

Proposed Capital Projects means those capital expenditures anticipated to be constructed over the three (3) year period commencing on the date hereof, as identified more specifically in Exhibit B.
Proposed Capital Projects is defined in Section 7.14(c).

  • Capital Projects means the acquisition of any interest in land, including improvements on the

Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.
