Proposals definition

Proposals has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).

Proposals means a valid, final and binding offer comprised of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Earnest Money Deposit and other documents as required under this RFP to be part of the bid/proposal submitted by the respective bidders, in response to and on the terms and conditions contained in this RFP;

Proposals means proposal submitted by respondents in response to the RFP issued by Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA), on behalf of Government of Jharkhand for engagement of Consultants.

• Parent shall use its reasonable best efforts to obtain the approval of the Parent Proposals at the Parent Stockholders’ Meeting, including by soliciting from its stockholders proxies as promptly as possible in favor of the Parent Proposals.

More Definitions of Proposals

Proposals means the Business Combination Proposal, the NYSE Proposal, the Directors Proposal, the Charter Amendment Proposal, the Advisory Charter Proposals, the Equity Incentive Plan Proposal, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Proposal and the Adjournment Proposal.

Proposals means proposals submitted by bidders in response to the RFP issued by GIL/DST for selection of Firm/company.

Proposals means, as appropriate, either or both of the Contractor’s Technical or Financial Proposal.

Proposals or “Bids” means proposal or bid submitted by bidders in response to this tender issued by the Client for selection of HMSP.
