If the Concessionaire suffers (or will suffer) delays or incurs (or will incur) additional costs or loss in revenue resulting from such Changes in Law, made after the Proposal Acceptance Date, the Concessionaire shall give notice to the Concessioning Authority.
The Concession Period shall be adjusted taking into account any increase or decrease in the costs resulting from Changes in Law specifically in relation to the Project, made after the Proposal Acceptance Date.

Any Works of whatever nature, which the Concessionaire elects to carry out prior to the Proposal Acceptance Date including investigations, surveys, design, etc shall be entirely at the risk and Cost of the Concessionaire.
Subject to the express terms to the contrary, limited aspects of the Construction Period (when commenced) and any legitimate rights arising in law, the rights and obligations under this Concession Agreement shall take effect only upon fulfillment of all the Conditions Precedent set out in Articles 4.1 and 4.2 on or before the expiry of a period of 90 (ninety) days from the Proposal Acceptance Date.
