Property(ies) definition
Property(ies) means any erf, erven, lot(s), plot(s) or stand(s), portion(s) or part(s) of farm portions or agricultural holdings, registered in the deeds registry as such;
Property(ies). All that property(ies) identified or described in Item 5 of the First Schedule of Part A and other properties as described in the Letter of Offer.
Property(ies) means individually, or collectively, as the context requires, the LYNX Property and/or the Urban League Property.
More Definitions of Property(ies)
Property(ies) means a property owned by a Fee Owner and collectively, the properties owned by the Fee Owners and which shall include, without limitation, the “Seed Assets” listed on Exhibit H attached hereto.
Property(ies). Means, collectively, the DC Properties and the Retail Properties and, individually, any DC Property and any Retail Property.
