Property Units definition

Property Units means the units to be developed and constructed by the Licensee as part of the Project;
Property Units means and refer to the number of Dwelling Units or Business Units which may be constructed on a certain defined Land Segment. Each Land Segment shall have such number of Property Units as may be assigned to it by Declarant, in writing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3 of this Declaration.

  • Following a Reorganization Event, references to the issuance of any specified number of shares of Common Stock upon the conversion of Series G Preferred Stock will be construed to be references to conversion into the same number of Exchange Property Units.

  • Following a Reorganization Event, references herein to the purchase or delivery of shares of Common Stock pursuant to Stock Purchase Contracts shall be construed to be references to the purchase or delivery of Reference Property, and references to the purchase or delivery of a specified number of shares of Common Stock upon settlement of the Stock Purchase Contracts shall be construed to be references to the purchase and delivery of the same number of Reference Property Units.

  • Revisions or amendments to the Agreement shall not be effective unless and until they have been ratified by the parties.


More Definitions of Property Units

Property Units are defined in the Capital Maintenance Manual. A Property Unit Number consists of six digits. The first two digits represent the appropriate capital account (the first digit of capital accounts has been dropped for simplification). The next four identify a specific Property Unit within the capital account. Each Property Unit detail page contains the name of the unit, the Property Unit number, the capital account, a description of the Property Unit and its components, substantial items of property included in the Property Unit and the types of costs that should be charged to maintenance.
