Property Tax Allocation Agreement definition

Property Tax Allocation Agreement means the agreement between Seller and Buyer in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Property Tax Allocation Agreement means (a) the Real and Personal Property Tax Allocation Agreement, dated as of the Acquisition Date between the Borrower and CL&P and (b) the Real and Personal Property Tax Allocation Agreement, dated as of the Acquisition Date between the Borrower and WMECO.
Property Tax Allocation Agreement means a Property Tax Allocation Agreement to be executed by Buyer and Seller at the Closing, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit K.
