Property System Fee definition

Property System Fee means the fee Franchisee must pay as required by Franchisor representing the Hotel’s share of the costs and expenses of the Property System, including development and incremental operating costs, ongoing maintenance, field support costs, and a reasonable return on capital.

Related to Property System Fee

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:

  • Property line means the division line between two units of land.

  • Property Protection Expenses Any costs and expenses incurred by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.07, 3.10(f), 3.10(g) or 3.17(b) or indicated herein as being a cost or expense of the Lower-Tier REMIC to be advanced by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.
