Property Selection Criteria definition

Property Selection Criteria means the primary criteria to be used in the selection of properties for acquisition that is principally based, but subject to change from time to time in the discretion of the Independent Directors Committee, on the property’s potential to generate targeted returns on investment from current and future cash flow.
