Two Recreation Plus Passes per bedroom, plus two additional Recreation Plus Passes, will be issued to the Participating Owner or authorized Property Representative.
Temporary passes are issued and must be picked up by the Participating Owner / Property Representative at the SROA Member Services office during regular business hours.
If Recreation Plus Passes are lost, stolen, or misplaced it is the responsibility of Participating Owner or Participating Owner’s Property Representative to notify SROA immediately.

The Property Representative will refrain from erecting or permitting any sign, display, or other demonstration that may, in the judgment of the Clerk, have the effect of influencing or intimidating voters during an election.
The Employer will copy the Property Representative and CUPE Local 4500 President on all correspondence to employees concerning discipline and attendance management.
The Clerk grants a limited license to the Property Representative to use the mail ballot drop-off box during the Term for the Purpose.
The Property Representative must notify the Clerk of his or her intent to terminate this Agreement at least 120 days prior to any election in order to provide the Clerk sufficient time to establish a new mail ballot drop-box location.
