Property of Tenant definition

Property of Tenant means and include, without limitation, all personal property of Tenant including inventory, equipment, floor, ceiling and wall coverings, furniture and trade fixtures kept or used on or installed in the Premises and any Tenant Improvements and other improvements to the Premises that are owned by and separately assessed to Tenant. "Personal Property Taxes" shall include all property taxes assessed against the Property of Tenant, whether assessed as real or personal property.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.
