  • Unless otherwise indicated the coverages provided below are part of and not in addition to the applicable "limit" for coverage described under Property Covered.

  • In addition, the Collateral Agent is authorized and empowered at its option, but without legal obligation to do so, to enter, or have its agents enter, the Property Covered by this Instrument whenever necessary for the purpose of inspecting the Property Covered by this Instrument and curing any default hereunder.

  • Upon any release of all or any part of the Property Covered by this Instrument pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b), none of the Collateral Agent or any of the Lenders shall have any continuing right or interest in the same, or the proceeds thereof.
