Propellers. Landing Gear", and "Parts" leased thereunder and including all Aircraft Documents as also defined in the Lease and notwithstanding any, more limited description of the "Aircraft" under the Bills of Sale, the description of the "Aircraft" under the Lease shall, without further notation in the Bills of Sale, be the "Aircraft" conveyed under the Bills of Sale.

More Definitions of Propellers

Propellers means any of the aircraft propellers installed on the Aircraft at Delivery, or any Replacement Propeller substituted therefor or any prior Replacement Propeller, in each case replaced in accordance with this Agreement, and together in each case with any and all Parts which are from time to time incorporated in or attached to such propeller and any and all Parts removed therefrom so long as title thereto remains vested in Lessor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Propellers means (i) each of the propellers specified in Attachment 1 hereto whether or not from time to time installed on an Airframe or installed on any other airframe or on any other aircraft, and (ii) any Replacement Propeller whether or not from time to time installed on an Airframe or any other airframe or on any other aircraft, together in each case with any and all Parts incorporated in such Propeller and any and all Parts removed from such Propeller so long as title to such Parts will remain vested in the Borrower. At such time as a Replacement Propeller will be substituted hereunder and the Propeller for which the substitution is made will be released, such replaced Propeller will cease to be a Propeller hereunder.
Propellers means, as of any date of determination, all Propellers then leased under the Sublease. Propellers means (i) each of the propellers listed in Schedule 2.1 or in the initial Mortgage Supplement or any subsequent Mortgage Supplement or any subsequent Pledge Supplement, in each case, executed and delivered by any Grantor,whether or not from time to time installed on any Engine or any other engine, and (ii) any replacement propeller which may from time to time be substituted for any Propeller pursuant to the terms hereof; and (iii) in each case, any and all related Parts.
Propellers shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Aircraft” herein. “Purchase Price” means the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00).
Propellers means all aircraft propellers which are capable of absorbing 750 or more rated shaft horsepower.
