Proof of age The Company may require evidence of Age of any Annuitant or Owner.
Proof of payment means, as applicable, a copy of the check, confirmation of credit card or debit card payment, confirmation of wire or ACH transfer, and any other information required to demonstrate that payment has been made according to the EPA requirements, in the amount due, and identified with the Respondent’s name and Docket No. FIFRA-04-2021-0714(b).
Proof of Concept has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Proof of Claim means a proof of Claim Filed against any of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.
Proof of Interest means a proof of Interest Filed against any of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.
Proof of Loss means satisfactory written proof that a loss occurred for which the Group Policy provides benefits, which is not subject to any exclusion, and which meets all other conditions for benefits. Proof of Loss includes any other information We may reasonably require in support of a claim for benefits under the Group Policy.
Proof of vaccination means documentation provided by a tribal, federal, state or local government, or a health care provider, that includes an individual’s name, date of birth, type of COVID-19 vaccination given, date or dates given, depending on whether it is a one-dose or two-dose vaccine, and the name/location of the health care provider or site where the vaccine was administered. Documentation may include but is not limited to a COVID-19 vaccination record card or a copy or digital picture of the vaccination record card, or a print-out from the Oregon Health Authority’s immunization registry.
Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.
Proof of Disability means documented clinical findings that prove that You are Disabled.
Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—
Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.
Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.
Proof of identity means a valid Zimbabwe passport, or a notice or identity document issued in terms of section 7 of the National Registration Act [Chapter 10:17], or a valid driver’s licence containing an identity number assigned to the holder thereof under the National Registration Act [Chapter 10:17];

Deferral Agreement means an irrevocable agreement entered into between a Nonemployee Director and the Company to authorize the Company to reduce the amount of the Nonemployee Director’s Annual Retainer and credit the amount of such reduction to the Plan consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. A Deferral Agreement shall contain such provisions, consistent with the provisions of the Plan, as may be established from time to time by the Company or the Board, including without limitation:

Adoption Agreement means the written agreement pursuant to which the Employer adopts the Plan. The Adoption Agreement is a part of the Plan as applied to the Employer.

Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Trustee makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.
System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.
Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
Notice to Participants means a communication sent by or on behalf of BSEF to all Participants as described in Rule 310.
Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
Covered electronic device or “CED” means desktop or personal computers, computer monitors, portable computers, CRT-based televisions and non-CRT-based televisions or any other similar or peripheral electronic device specified in regulations adopted pursuant Section 22a-638 of the CGS, sold to consumers, but does not include: (A) An electronic device that is a part of a motor vehicle or any component part of a motor vehicle assembled by, or for, a vehicle manufacturer or franchise dealer, including replacement parts for use in a motor vehicle; (B) an electronic device that is functionally or physically part of a larger piece of equipment designed and intended for use in an industrial, commercial or medical setting, including diagnostic, monitoring or control equipment; (C) an electronic device that is contained within a clothes washer, clothes dryer, refrigerator, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, conventional oven or range, dishwasher, room air conditioner, dehumidifier or air purifier; (D) telephones of any type unless they contain a video display area greater than four inches measured diagonally; or (E) any handheld device used to access commercial mobile radio service, as such service is defined in 47 CFR 20.
Disenrollment means either voluntary or involuntary termination of a participant from the Independent Choices Program.
Super Top Heavy Plan means a plan described in Section 2.2(b).
