Promotional Prepaid. Mastercard Card: Your Card is a prepaid Mastercard that can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, including mail order, online, telephone and point of sale retail merchants, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Card can be used to pay the full amount of the purchase and applicable taxes, so long as the Balance remaining on the Card is sufficient. The Card is, and will remain, the property of the issuer. The Card is not a credit card, charge card, or debit card and its usage will not enhance nor improve your credit rating. No interest dividends or other earnings or returns will be paid on the Card. Neither the Card nor the Balance is a deposit account. You have no right to write cheques on, or demand repayment of, the outstanding Balance on the card, but are strictly limited to the right to use the Card, in accordance with this Agreement, as payment for goods and services from merchants who accept Mastercard. Activating the Card: The Card cannot be used for any purpose until it has been activated in accordance with the instructions on the activation sticker, and signed by you on the back of the Card where indicated. If the Card has an activation sticker adhered to the Card face, the Card has no value until it is (i) activated in accordance with the instructions on the sticker; and (ii) signed by you on the back of the Card, where indicated. If the Card does not have an activation sticker adhered to the Card face, you must sign the back of the Card, where indicated.

  • Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.
