PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS is a collective reference to Discount One, Discount Two, Discount Three and Interstate Adjustments.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS is a collective reference to DISCOUNT ONE, DISCOUNT TWO, DISCOUNT THREE and INTERSTATE ADJUSTMENTS.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS means any incentives issued by Sellers to customers in connection with marketing and promotional strategies resulting in discounts or credits that may be applied to the purchase of food or beverages at Xxxx’x Xxxxx Steak House restaurants in Hawaii.

• Resale Solutions Base Rates and Promotional Discounts are contained in the Attachments hereto.

• Resale Solutions Base Rates and Promotional Discounts are contingent on Customer providing Sprint with certificates from appropriate taxing authorities exempting Customer from taxes that would otherwise be invoiced hereunder.

• Resale Solutions Base Rates and Promotional Discounts are contingent on Customer's full performance of all terms of the Agreement.

• United will allow Contractor to accept, and Contractor agrees to accept, United/United Express Amenities, Promotional Discount(s) and/or Free Travel Certificates on Contractor’s United Express flight segments, whether or not such Amenities, Promotional Discount(s) and/or Free Travel Certificates are in conjunction with a United flight segment.

• Resale Solution Base Rates and Promotional Discounts are contingent on Customer providing Sprint with certificates from appropriate taxing authorities exempting Customer from taxes that would otherwise be invoiced hereunder.

• SPRINT WHOLESALE SOLUTION BASE RATES and Promotional Discounts are contained in the Attachments hereto.

• Resale Solutions Base Rates and Promotional Discounts are extended in lieu of any other Tariff or contractual discount, special pricing, or discount term plan.

• United will allow Contractor to accept, and Contractor agrees to accept, United/United Express Amenities, Promotional Discount(s) and/or Free Travel Certificates on Contractor’s flight segments, whether or not in conjunction with a United flight segment.

• Base Rates and Promotional Discounts are based on Customer's agreement to purchase Service for the entire Term.

• After the Closing Date it is contemplated that Gift Cards, House Accounts, Comps and Promotional Discounts sold or issued by Sellers prior to the Closing Date and which are not redeemed prior to the Closing Date will be presented to Purchaser for redemption.
