Promotional Competition definition

Promotional Competition means any competition, game, scheme, arrangement, system, plan or device for distributing prizes by lot or chance if—
Promotional Competition means the competition to which these rules pertain as run by the Promoter during the Promotion Period;
Promotional Competition means a competition, game, scheme, arrangement, or game of chance conducted in the ordinary course of business for the purpose of promoting a producer, distributor, supplier or association of any such persons, or the sale of goods or services where the winner is determined by lot, drawing or chance.

  • If the rules for a Promotional Competition conflict with this Agreement, the rules will apply.

  • The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the Promotional Competition immediately, and without notice, for any reason beyond its control.
