Promoter Shareholder definition

Promoter Shareholder means each of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, K. Chiranjeevi, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Swapriya Raj Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Septozen Corporate Services Limited and each Person who is either an Affiliate of any such Person or a Related Person of any such Person, in each case who is a Shareholder.
Promoter Shareholder means Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited.
Promoter Shareholder means a person or body who has subscribed shares by the time of public offering of the shares of the licensee company.
