Promo Code definition

Promo Code means a unique alphanumeric code generated and provided to You by Apple pursuant to this Exhibit C which allows a Holder who is an App Store customer to download or access for free from the App Store the Licensed Application for which You have requested such code via the App Store Connect tool, whether offered for free or for a fee on the App Store (the “Promo Content”); and
Promo Code has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit S.
Promo Code means the four digit promotional code available at post offices nationwide that must be entered during the online application process in order to avail of the Promotion

Examples of Promo Code in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, the purchase/provision and use of any such Promo Code shall be subject to and governed by the terms of the applicable Agreement covering the aircraft used for the Charter Flight.
