Projected Calculation Period definition

Projected Calculation Period means in respect of any Calculation Date, the period of 12 Months starting on that Calculation Date.
Projected Calculation Period means the period commencing on a relevant Calculation Date and ending on the first anniversary of that Calculation Date.

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Earn-Out Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • Reconciliation Period is each calendar month.
