Project Scientists means the Principal Investigator, and all other persons who perform the Research Work of the Research Project(s) at UHN (but excluding a VistaGen employee or consultant who is working in a VistaGen laboratory or facility).

Examples of Project Scientists in a sentence

  • While CAP does not review proposed actions for all series (e.g., Project Scientists), on occasion it recommends a “change of series” to certain titles based on its interpretation of criteria for these titles in the Academic Personnel Manual (APM).

Related to Project Scientists

  • Soil scientist means an individual duly qualified in accordance with standards set by the Federal Office of Personnel Management.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Scientists means employees who are university graduates in the Natural Sciences, the Applied Sciences, Mathematics or Computer Sciences, who are not classified as professional engineers, and who are engaged in the application of this specialized knowledge in the course of their employment. This definition includes all incumbents in positions identified under the heading of “Scientists” listed in Attachment A to Appendix I entitled “Utilization and Advancement of Professional Engineers and Scientists” in this Agreement. “Scientists” includes employees who satisfy these criteria and who are required to perform supervisory functions.

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;
