PROJECT RETURN definition

PROJECT RETURN means the amount which is the sum of the Project Costs PLUS simple interest on disbursed Project Costs calculated at the rate of 2% per annum. Project Costs disbursements shall be determined no less frequently than monthly during the course of development and sale of the Lots.
PROJECT RETURN means the amount which is the sum of the Project Investment PLUS the Holding Fee.
