Project Rectification Notice means a Notice served on the Contractor by the Council pursuant to paragraph 10.1.2(i) of Part 8 of the Schedule (Monitoring and Service Failure Procedure);
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Mediation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(c).
major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken
improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Tab 3 to Exhibit A.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy. Restrictions on Land transfer
Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
