Project or Approved Project means the design, construction, reconstruction, establishment, improvement, rehabilitation or modernization of rail facilities and other capital improvements conducted pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Project or Approved Project in a sentence

  • The District hereby acknowledges and agrees that if the District and the Authority execute a Feasibility Study Agreement or Project Funding Agreement, the District shall promptly develop, implement and actively pursue a fraud, waste and abuse detection and prevention program in connection with any Proposed Project or Approved Project and develop written procedures to detect and prevent fraud, waste and abuse.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
