Project Net Operating Income definition

Project Net Operating Income means, as of any date of determination, (a) all rent, common area maintenance reimbursements and other income from the Project scheduled to be paid during the period of twelve (12) full calendar months immediately following such date of determination including all Leases of the Project which have been executed on or prior to of such date of determination, but without giving effect to any agreed rent abatement periods or other agreed periods of rent reduction, minus (b) Project Operating Expenses minus (c) an imputed property management fee equal to three percent (3%) of all rent, reimbursements and other income included in clause (a) of this sentence.
Project Net Operating Income shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.21 hereof.
Project Net Operating Income means, as of any date of determination, (a) all rent, common area maintenance reimbursements and other income from the Mall paid during the period of twelve (12) full calendar months immediately preceding such date of determination minus (b) Project Operating Expenses minus (c) the greater of (i) an imputed property management fee equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of all rent, reimbursements and other income included in clause (a) of this sentence and (ii) the actual property management fee paid during such period.

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.

  • Approved Operating Expenses operating expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Operating Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property or (iii) have been approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Mortgage or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Property EBITDA means for any property owned by Ventas, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries as of the date of determination, for any period of time, the net income (loss) derived from such property for such period, before deductions for (without duplication):

  • Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.
