Project Mechanical Completion definition

Project Mechanical Completion means the achievement of the following:

Examples of Project Mechanical Completion in a sentence

  • Contractor shall use the same care to protect any of the Owner-Furnished Equipment at any time in its possession or under its control while performing the Work as it does with its own property, and shall be responsible for any damage to such property resulting from its failure to use such care and any damage or loss to such property until the date of Project Mechanical Completion.

  • Contractor agrees to update such Punch List from time to time (but not less often than monthly) after Project Mechanical Completion and until Final Completion.

  • Contractor shall cause Project Mechanical Completion to occur timely following WTG Mechanical Completion of each of the WTGs and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Contractor shall give Owner written notice at least five (5) Business Days prior to declaring that Project Mechanical Completion has occurred and shall provide on such date a written Punch List.

  • Notwithstanding achievement of Project Mechanical Completion, Contractor shall remain obligated to complete the Punch List Items in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If this Agreement is terminated prior to the Project Mechanical Completion Date, Contractor shall furnish Owner with any and all final documents which have been prepared, and the most up-to-date versions of documents which are not yet final.

  • From the Effective Date until the Project Mechanical Completion Date, Owner shall provide Contractor with reasonable access to the Site as suitable and necessary for Contractor to complete the Work and perform its obligations in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Owner’s Insurance shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in full force and effect at all times until Project Mechanical Completion, unless required for a longer or shorter period in accordance with Exhibit 13.

  • Prior to Project Mechanical Completion, Contractor shall promptly correct or cause the correction of any part of the Work that is defective, deficient or is otherwise not in accordance with this Agreement, regardless of the stage of its completion or the time or place of discovery of such errors and regardless of whether Owner has previously reviewed or inspected or otherwise accepted such part of the Work in any way.

  • From the Project Mechanical Completion Date until the Final Completion Date, Owner shall provide Contractor with reasonable access to the Site as suitable and necessary for Contractor to complete the Punch List Items.


More Definitions of Project Mechanical Completion

Project Mechanical Completion means the achievement of the following: WTG Mechanical Completion has occurred with respect to each WTG; except for Punch List Items, all WTGs have been properly assembled, erected, installed, is mechanically, electrically and structurally sound as set forth in the Technical Specifications, so that it can be used safely in accordance with this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Standards; Contractor has prepared and submitted to Owner the final and complete Punch List in accordance with Section 7.5(b); Contractor has delivered three (3) draft copies of the Job Books (which include Operating Manuals) in accordance with Section 2.8(i); all quality assurance documentation has been provided to Owner in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan and all non-conforming quality assurance issues have been resolved in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan; Contractor has provided appropriate and timely training as required hereunder; and Owner has accepted or is deemed to have accepted a Project Mechanical Completion Certificate pursuant to Section 7.8.

Related to Project Mechanical Completion

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Subproject means a specific water and/or sanitation Subproject financed or to be financed by a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) provided from the proceeds of the Credit under Part C.1 of the Project;

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.
