Project Management Manual definition

Project Management Manual means the manual setting forth the project management procedures to be followed in the implementation of the Project, adopted by the IMSC pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01(b) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to, this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank.
Project Management Manual means the manual, acceptable to the World Bank, setting out the procedures by which the Recipient will manage the Project, and in particular contains cross references and checklists between the Recipient’s own normal operating procedures and the required provisions of the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and this Agreement, as such manual may be amended or updated from time to time by agreement in writing between the World Bank and the Recipient.
Project Management Manual means the manual to assist the Central, Provincial and Local GovernmentsProject staff in the implementation of the Project through the description of, inter alia, procurement procedures (including the letter on national competitive bidding procedures) and standard documentation, reporting requirements, financial management procedures including audit procedures, and environmental criteria applicable to Project design, as such Project Management Manual may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;

More Definitions of Project Management Manual

Project Management Manual means the manual to assist the CPO and the PPMUs in the management, coordination and monitoring of the Project, and referred to in paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement; as such Manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Management Manual means the manual adopted by the Borrower pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01 (b) and paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as such Project Management Manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.
