Project ITIs definition

Project ITIs means any ITI in a Participating State selected for support under the Project by the NSC in accordance with the provisions of paragraph B.1(b) of Section I of Schedule 2 on the basis of eligibility criteria set forth in Appendix 3 to this Agreement and whose IDP has been approved by the NSC in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;
