Project Incharge s Representative” means any Resident Engineer or assistant of the Project Incharge appointed from time to time by WAPCOS or the Project Incharge to perform the duties set forth in Clause-2 hereof, whose authority shall be notified in writing to the Contractor by the Project Incharge.
