PROJECT DESIGN BASIS definition

PROJECT DESIGN BASIS. Means a compilation of relevant technical information comprising basic engineering design data (BEDD), with updates, including other technical basis, discussed and agreed during post bid meetings, and those in particular described in Appendix VIII. This will be discussed and agreed at the DESIGN CONFERENCE and will be deemed incorporated into this AGREEMENT. This AGREEMENT shall govern in the event of a conflict with the PROJECT DESIGN BASIS.

  • Project designer means any person who designs the following activities with respect to friable ACM in a facility: a response action other than a small-scale short-duration activity, a maintenance activity that disturbs friable ACM other than a small-scale short-duration maintenance activity, or a response action for a major fiber release episode and meets the certification requirements of this regulation.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Design-build means the procurement of design professional services and construction by the use of a single contract.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
