Project Collaborator definition

Project Collaborator means any person who has been invited by the Customer to use the Service.
Project Collaborator is an entity or person that: A. is collaborating with Pecan Street on the Project research, development and demonstration activities; and B. has executed with Pecan Street a nondisclosure agreement related to the Project.
Project Collaborator means any third party that Monash either carries out a Project in collaboration with, or engages to carry out a Project.

  • Signing the Tribe’s Project Collaborator Confidentiality Agreement may be required to assure confidentiality.

  • I promise to disclose to the Project Collaborator, to the best of my knowledge, if there is anything which may affect or restrict how my Language or Culture Knowledge should be used or shared.

  • I promise that I have the cultural authority (including permission from traditional owners where required by cultural law) to share my Language and Cultural Knowledge and to grant the permission to the Project Collaborator under this deed.

Related to Project Collaborator

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

  • Collaborator An individual who is not under the direct supervision of the PI (e.g., not a member of the PI’s laboratory) who assists with the PI’s research project involving controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy. Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.
