Project Capital Expenditures definition

Project Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures consisting of new construction (including, without limitation, the construction of the New Tower) or other capital improvements.
Project Capital Expenditures means all Capital Expenditures made by the Company and its Subsidiaries through December 31, 1996, for the construction of the Valdosta, Georgia facility and the methanol facility located in Texas City, Texas.

More Definitions of Project Capital Expenditures

Project Capital Expenditures means (a) the previously consummated purchase of approximately one hundred seventy two (172) queen size Serta mattresses and six (6) king size Serta mattresses for a cost of approximately Fifty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($57,418.00) plus shipping (the “Serta Expenditure”); (b) the previously consummated purchase of a new Micros server and ancillary equipment at a cost of approximately Twenty Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00) (the “Micros Expenditure”) and (c) all other expenditures for new equipment, Fixtures and other capital improvements (excluding maintenance expenses) with respect to the Business of Seller. Purchaser’s execution of this Agreement shall be deemed to be consent to reimbursement of fifty percent (50%) of the Serta Expenditure and the Micros Expenditure.
