Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:
Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative
Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.
Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.
The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
Development Project means a project for the development of land within a
Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.
Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.
Redevelopment project means a specific construction project
Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)
The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,
Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.
Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.
Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to and forming part of the Site including:
Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.
